Cisco has announced the End-of-Life roadmaps for all older versions of Audium software products.

In summary,[list:1270ded00d]
  • Studio 3.4 will not be supported as of July 16, 2007
  • Studio 5.0 will not be supported as of July 19, 2010
  • Call Services 3.4 and 3.5 will not be supported as of July 15, 2010[/list:u:1270ded00d]

Discontinuations of maintenance releases and support contract renewals on these products happen earlier in 2008 and 2009, respectively, so please read each announcement completely.

Therefore we are recommending that customers migrate to the current shipping versions of Audium software -- Studio 5.2 and Call Services 3.6 as soon as possible.
