Hi David,

May I know which SNMP MIB is used to get the CTIOS server information like logged in agents. I have CISCO-SMI.mib CISCO-CCM-MIB.mib. But I didn't get any information from these MIBS. To get the CTIOS information shall i connect to the cisco call manager or CTIOS server. Please provide me the information.

Thanks,
Sunitha.

CTIOS does not provide SNMP MIB information.

Hi David,

Thanks for your response. May I know the details about CISCO-CCM-MIB SYSAPPL-MIB CISCO-CDP-MIB all these. In this shall i get any information about the agents who are logged in at CTIOS agent desktop.

Thanks,
Sunitha.

The MIBs are not related to CTIOS.  You might try posing your question
in the Callmanager forums for CCM MIBs.  You will not, however, get info
on logged in agents to CTIOS.

There are a number of Callmanager APIs which are listed here with links
to each tech center which has its own forum.
