We've successfully rolled out Cisco TSP / proprietary click to call 700 users.. works great.. problem is that since TSP has a separate login mechanism, when users don't quickly update their credentials after resetting their active directory password (which we have CCM sync'd to)... they get locked out of their Active directory account...  Sometimes this is due to the users ignoring the TSP prompt to change password.. but other times its simply they have multiples computers or swap computers and one doesn't get updating... leaving us to hunt down which computer is locking out the account...
 
Biggest question is.. are there logs I can pull down to find out what computers are trying to authenticate a particular user?  Active Directory simply says that 'source' is call manager.
 
2nd question.. is there anyway to passthrough credentials from Active directory so users don't have to have separate authentication?
