Cisco WebEx Social multiple Kerberos issue

Hello!
I have many issue with Kerberos authentication in Cisco WebEx Social 3.X:
- MS Outlook Plugin issue
- MS Office Plugin issue
- iPad Client issue
All they can't authenticate user, when I use Kerberos authentication on Application server.

But I still have issue with authentication.
How can I resolve all this issue?

I believe you have already raised TAC cases against these issues. Am I right? If yes, then I believe you should continue working with the TAC engineers in this regards.

Yes, I have already created case in TAC against all these issue.
