Hello

We have developed simple Click2Call and inbound call pop-up connector using UCX-SI API.

During development we noticed that CME needed to be reloaded several times using reload command in order for integration to work.

Sometimes multiple reloads would not help so we had to erase current CME configuration and then input exact same configuration after which integration worked without any problem. After some time and without any changes to configuration CME integration would stop working and we had to repeat the process.

We have experienced this on Cisco 2811 router with CME 8.0 / IOS 15.0(1)XA3 and on UC540 with CME 8.2 / IOS 15.1(2)T.

We have configured both devices as specified in Section 3.2 “Configuring XML Interface in Cisco Unified CME” of UCXSI Quick Start Guide.

Did someone else experience this kind of unreliable behavior with CME in UCX API integration scenarios?

How reliable are your UCX API integrations?

Thanks, Jelena

Hi Jelena,

Sorry for the delayed response. We did not receive any mail notification for this query.  We have been using this but haven't this kind of issue before.

Thanks,
