I have a C90 codec and a Crestron system. Had full control of unit until 2 weeks ago. Remote works perfectly FYI. Unit is 232 and confirmed that both 232 cable is good and crestron system is sending commands.
Any ideas?

Has this been resolved? We had an issue just like this not too long ago, it was due to a change on how the serial port authenticates when connected to it, as a result of a software update. Have you tried to set the serial port to not authenticate, by turning off the LoginRequired setting?
xConfiguration SerialPort LoginRequired: Off
After we changed this, we had no issues from then forward.
