Because of the Cisco SDK implements CSTA/TR87, the industry standard SIP-based CTI implementation of ECMA269 is possible to connect other PBX system which supports CSTA/TR87?

Hi Vladimir,
UCXSI SDK is used to develop applications to monitor and control any SCCP device registered in Cisco Unified CME, i don't think it is possible to use this SDk with other PBX.
