Hi,
Our hds database resides in EST time zone. We have customers around the world. One of the customer out side of EST zone wants to see the reports in their time zone. Where do I need to make change, so that their CUIS report will show the reports in their time zone?

You can make changes on user group or user profile. Please follow the details in

For example for user group
¿
Select the default Timezone for members of the Group.
This timezone will apply to all group members for whom this is the default User Group, unlessa user has selected a different time zone in his or her User Profile (page 67).

Time zone preferences are applied to any report having the Normalize Date/Time to users localtime zone
setting enabled on the Report Wizard Field Properties (Field Map Tab) (page 148).

Thank you for your reply. It worked for not using Block type case. If the report is using BLOCK then it does not work. - any idea why?
