We are trying to implement Courtesy Callback feature with CVP 8.5.
We have followed the all steps as per the instruction guide.
But received error while probing the CCB parameter in Validate_01 element and takes the error exit.

Hi Pradeep.

Are you dialing through the gateway or internally? I receive that error exactly when I have dialed internally and don't have survivability on the call.

Let me know if that is true or not...
Thanks,
Cindy

Make sure you are invoking Survivability.tcl on the ingress voice gateway PSTN or VoIP call leg(dial-peer). The VoIP call leg to CVP (CVP or CUSP sip dial-peer) must have "signal forward unconditional" .

Hi Pradeep
There probably is something wrong with the survivability service. You can check your params for ccb.

2 things, first make sure this call is ingressing via an Ingress GW and not internal like from UCM. Second, make sure you are applying Survivability.tcl to that inbound dial peer.
