Looking for some help/guidance. Are there any best practices and/or recommended monitoring tools for CVP deployments? Perhaps Cisco on Cisco in our use of CVP?
I have a few customers using CVP and while they are trained, that does not necessarily help with the operational aspect of CVP.
Any help or guidance is much appreciated.

CVP has a device called the Operations Console which is used to configure and monitor all CVP devices and certain 3rd party ones (e.g. media server). Then, there is the Support Tools, uh tool that is used to retrieve logs from several Contact Center products (e.g. CVP, ICM). Then, CVP has SNMP traps for which a host of tools exist.
I'm sure other people will add their own tidbits, but perhaps you could elaborate on your question and/or provide some context?
