Hi
I am getting the following error , when i am tryting to get the statistics for the vxml server , from the control center
unable to retrieve statistics for vxml server
i am having cvp server and cvp vxml server on the same server . Version is 7.02 with ES 2 and ES 16
Can any let me know , how can i fix this ...

You may want to check if there is a network issue between the ops console and the vxml server. Check if firewall blocks ports.

At least one of your applications need to have DataFeedLogger deployed for Statistics on VXMLServer to be displayed in Ops Console.

On the VXML Server configuration page, you need to map to at least one primary Call Server. Once I missed this mapping and was not able to see VXML statistics. However, once I mapped to a Call Server and restarted the services, I was able to view the statistics page. Check if this works for you.
