Subject: RE: DTMF Barge In not working

Check your Nuance server has DTMF barge-in enabled for either MRCPv1 or v2 depending on which one you're using.  There's a specific setting to enable it.

Try setting bargein=true vxml property in that menu element.

I have a 9 option menu that has 'Barge In' enabled but DTMF does not barge in.  DTMF is not recognized until all audio is played.  Also have Nuance configured for ASR on this same menu.  The ASR barge in works fine but the dtmf barge in does not.
FYI, when ASR gateway adapter is not selected, the DTMF barge in works fine.
Any thoughts/ideas?

Thanks.  This fixed it.
