Hi,

Like many others on the forum I have been writing a TAPI (TSP) application to monitor events, and for this i am using 3rd party call control (3PCC). I have implemented most of what i need but i am stuck on a few items, i will continue to explain...

I have found in the TAPI Dev guide that there is an ExtendedCallReason from the ExtendedCallInfo struct which exists in the DevSpecific area of the LINECALLINFO message, but i cannot find the Enums/Codes to decipher the meaning? Can any one please help me as the codes in the docs do not work, such as:

• CtiCallReason_Refer,
• CtiCallReason_Replaces,
• CtiReasonSendMediaToBIB,
• CtiReasonSAF_CCD_PSTNFailover,
• DIRECT,
• ClickToConference,
• CtiReasonforwardedNoRetrieve,
