We have few softphone functionalities incorporated into our Inhouse CRM product and use GEODCS to talk to CTIserver and CTIOS outbox client to talk to CTIOS server. We are planning to throw away GEODCS and use CTIOS for our CRM too.
- Is there any migration/implemenation guides avilable ?
- Are there any best prictices avilable for CTIOS integration?
