Hi all,
this is my first post to the developers network.
Hi again,
I am generating a table to store CDR data from a Call Manager.
The customer we are working with has an H.323 gateway. Unlike
other configurations, there is no known way of getting the channel
data for the trunk used.
Usually, the individual trunk member ID is stored in the destSpan
or origSpan, but there is no real reference for the trk ID anywhere
if it is H.323.
Is there someway (or somewhere) this is stored and how can we extract
it.
Thanks!

Hi Colin,
I have the same problem. The customer has two carriers that offer different prices to the same type of call. The fields orgiSpan and destSpan don´t have any information and I can only the ip address of the gateway. Do you have any answer to this problem ? Do you fave any tip ?
Best regards,

Hi Colin,
For H.323 gateways, the span number remains unknown and this field contains the call leg ID of the originator.
Also, looks like there is no reference for H.323 gateways.
