Hello,
It's hard to find the unambiguous information whether the JTAPI is supported on Communication Manager Express. The Cisco Unified Call Connector uses TAPI to communicate with CUE, so I guess that it would be possible to use JTAPI as well. Pls, can somebody clear this out?
I need JTAPI only to answer the incoming call using web interface. Or maybe somebody can point me other way to achive such a functionality on CUE?
THX
Gabriel

For Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express:
- JTAPI : Not supported
- TAPI : A simplified TSP (limited to monitoring/controlling a single device, with limited functionality) is currently available
Third-party-call-control on CME is pretty limited for now.
