I am working with JELD-WEN to help implement a video conference system. We currently have 3 C20s and 1 C60 in operation with an additional C60 install planned for later this year.
I have one question - when connecting to an external C20 over the internet, I'm noticing the Transmit Video Channel Rate fluctuates from 447 down to 50. What does Channel Rate mean and should I be concerned? The picture quality looks good. Any ideas?

Hi Dan,
the Channel Rate will change depending on how much changes there are in the image - if there is hardly any change (if you sit really still or point the camera at something that's not moving then the rate will be low. If you wave your arms in front of the camera there will be much change in the picture, more data must be sent to the other side and the rate will go up.
