I was wondering if there was a way to hide the agent chat button? I know how to disable the chat button but not hide it. The AgentChatLevel can be set to disabled but my client wants to hide it all together.

set the button's Visible property to false.

I appreciate the response David and that is how I usually do it. However the client is trying to get around not having to redeploy new changes. Is this something that can be configured much like the disablement or is it something that must be done through a code change.
