The JTPAI SDK download from Cisco Unified CallManager 7.1
I setup JTAPI and run SDK , ruan at : provider=peer.getProvider(providerstirng),get Unable to create provider---null.
I find the Cisco Troublershooting Guide,they said:There is no JTAPI provider IP address or host name configured, or when the JTAPI client is not using the correct version.
but The IP and version are right.
And,I find some words :After setup JATPI need configuring Authentication and Encryption. I don`t know ,I need configruring that wether or not. Or I make other mistake.

If you have created the user correctly try using one of the sample apps (makecall or jtrace). Make sure that the user has 'Standard CTI Enabled' role.
