1-    Provide the mapping of below mention columns with the tables with column name available in HDS. If the some of the fields exist in different tables then provide the primary key to link the TCD table with other table.

2-    A call will have different legs, how to identify whether the call was transferred/Conference /dropped or disconnected from the various legs of call and also how to predict the leg of the call is mapped as an IVR Call, Queue Call and Agent call?

3-  Taking CallDisposition column from TCD,what are the disposition code which equally qualifies as Matured Call(Success) and Unmatured Call(Failure)?

4-   In case of inbound call which gets Transferred/Conferenced to another number as Outbound call. 1st leg is inbound and 2nd leg is outbound. In this case the values received in CDR are for A  party and B party of 1st leg and for 2nd leg we have Transfer/Conference Number field (Number to  which it was transferred or Conferenced) i.e B party , hence in this case can you conclude that B   party of 1st leg is A party of 2nd leg for jurisdiction purpose?

5-  There may be some scenarios where in the Call which started say ¿28/03/2010 11:59:00 PM¿ and  ended on other day say ¿29/03/2010 12:05:00 AM¿. For this scenario how do we link the different legs of the call and consider this as same day(28/03/2010) call instead of other day(29/03/2010)?
