Hi Matt,

we already started simultaneous calls from a CTI Route Point. So perhaps this is the solution you are searching for? I¿m not sure if a CTI-Port or a Cisco Device provide this functionality.

Regards,
Andreas

Betreff: New Message from Matt Stromske in Cisco JTAPI (JTAPI) - Cisco JTAPI Questions: Initiating calls from a CTI device, multiple addresses

Matt Stromske has created a new message in the forum "Cisco JTAPI Questions":

--------------------------------------------------------------
Hello,
I am using JTAPI 7.1.   Can addresses that share the same terminal initiate calls sumultaneously?

Example:
CTI_PORT_x with  DN 111 and DN 222 assigned.

Can DN 111 call party A and DN 222 call party B sumultaneously?

Thanks,
Matt
