Hi Team,

I need to get information of end users and their associated devices within CUCM.

Example:
String login = "user1";String passwd = "psswd";
JtapiPeer peer = JtapiPeerFactory.getJtapiPeer(null);
String providerString = providerName + ";login=" + login+ ";passwd=" + passwd;
CiscoProvider provider = peer.getProvider(providerString);

The above code gives me the address/terminal info for "user1".
What I need to create is an admin user (let us say an application user called 'helpdesk') who can fetch all end users information (address/terminals).

something like this;
provider.<get user terminals>("username");

I found out that the Ciscoprovider has a hashmap called 'deviceNametoLoginUserName",is this something that would solve this problem?
Also what permissions should be granted to the user 'helpdesk' that will retrieve this information.

Regards,

Cisco JTAPI doesn't have any interface that returns all the endusers. AXL interface  (http://developer.cisco.com/web/axl-developer/home) is probably the correct interface for this type of information.
