Created by: Ruzel Jamilon on 01-08-2013 09:02:57 AM I created a custom Record element, and I put the FTP part inside the element instead of calling the standard FTPBackgrounder because I need to add FTP logs to the system log. When I deployed the custom Record element, Call Studio didn't display it in the element pane because its cannot find org.apache.commons.net.ftp.FTPClient - thanks to Janine for posting how to see Call Studio Errors (Windows > Show View > Call Studio Error Log) .
I downloaded the jar - commons-net-3.3.jar and this fixed the problem, at least in our non prod Call Studio. I am not sure thought how this will impact our prod environment since I was assuming this jar would be available in Call Studio since it is being used by FTPBackgrounder.class in com.audium.server.voiceElement.record.FTPBackgrounder.
