Hi All -
I haven't done a lot with multi-channel setups before, but was floored to find out that with CTIOS, neither the Agent nor Supervisor Desktop provide Skill Group statistics for non-voice Skill Groups! Curiously enough, the CAD does not either, but CSD does...?!?
Any reason why this "filter" exists anywhere for only the Cisco_Voice MRD or something like that? Is it tied up in an ActiveX, or is there a way to bypass the filter with a quick change an recompile of CTIOS??
