Hi,
We use the camera tracking facility with MXP codecs ( 6000 with 3 mics and Edge with 2 mics ) and works fine. We noticed that in case of no audio captured by mics, the codec tries to send an image composed by the 2-3 saved presets. The issue is that it could be achieved an unfocused image . Is it possible to save another preset for no speaking time ? The docs said that the camera tracking will be turn off if you recall manually a preset or move the camera. In this case, it is a problem of time to turn the camera tracking on again.
What is the best solution in this case ?
Thank you

Hi Valentin,
Unfortunately it's not possible to use a preset for this. The camera will try to combine the presets to get all in the same view. This would normally happen if everyone is talking at the same time. I guess you get the same effect if no one speaks.
I'm afraid I don't have any good solution to this problem, as you said if you move the camera to get it to focus, the audio tracking will be turned off.
Best regards
Roger
