Hi all,
during installation of WebSocial 2.5.2 in the Topology the notifier node is unreachable. All other nodes are reachable and running.
How can i solve this issue? Some ideas? Some log file to check?

Hi,
This means that puppetmaster on the Director node is not able to contact the puppet service on the Notifier node.
I would first check IP/Network/DNS configurations of the Notifier node and its record on the DNS server. Try to ping the notifier node from the Director node by using exactly the same hostname as added in the topology. If no errors are found ssh to the notifier node and run the command: service puppet debug
And send us the output.
P.S. Quad web and worker nodes should be started only other all other nodes are running and operational.
