We are building our CVP environment for speech recognition & need some best practices on placing the License manager and the ASR/TTS servers.
Our requirement is to have the licenses be used by applications at 3 sites each with its own VXML Gateway & speech server. Need to understand what would be the best fit for the license manager considering minimum latency. WE have about 100 licenses to be used across all 3 sites.
Also would CVP initialize the IVR ports at start up for speech or is this controlled only for calls requiring a Speech resource during its lifecycle?
