Hello, I am trying to call web service to update database when the call ends for any reason [disconnected,Hang etc..].
I have read almost all theads to get an idea but could not make it happen properly.
Can any one please share the code as how to do it. Any help will be really appreciated.

Several ways to do it.
In vxml you can throw a hangup event and catch it and call the backend service which would update the database. In studio you could also call a class which would update the database when the call ends.
