Someone dials directly to the agent extension (call fails for obvious reasons). 3. Now agent tries to put his active call on hold. Result - there is an error in the CTIOS log and I don't get the eCallHeldEvent. It reproduces on ouw own application (our app is implemented in Java) and with the Java test phones. Does anyone know what this error means ? Did anyone encounter this before ?
