Since I cannot reply to the original thread about reason codes I am posting it here.
Reason codes in the Finesse supervsior desktop.
So what do we need to do to make this request official. I have a customer that just went live as well as several other customer going live in a few months that will require to see this. Why would this not be in the gadget to begin with?

Consider the request official.
This will be a feature that we will consider for our 10.0 release. We are getting a lot of requests for this.
