The frames are showing Sugar CRM and Post Author History. But the reply template is very unreliable, ie it works at times but sometiimes an error message appears - "Custom Reply template is not available" and the reply template fails to load. Is your template taking several seconds (or more) to load? (Note that the template is loaded via the SocialMiner server, so any connectivity issues between that server and your reply template server could cause problems.)
