SetCallData not appearing in Termination_Call_Variable?

I am calling SetCallData on a connected(Talking) call, and receiving OnCallDataUpdate with the new data showing in the arguments.
 
However, I am not seeing that new data in the TCV's ECCValue field after the call is released.
 
I am releasing the call 3 seconds after getting the OnCallDataUpdate event.
 
As I mentioned, the event shows the new data - why does the table not have it?  Do I need to route the call somewhere for TCV to get the new data?
