Hi Team,
Now,I worked for the function of Integrated CUCM and CUC.we want to implemented the function of Voice Mail.
CUCM Version:10.0.0.97026-19
CUC Version:10.0.0.97026-19
I configurated the CUCM reference the following steps:
1,Voice Mail Port Configuration
2,Message Waiting Configuration
3,Message Waiting Members
4,Voice Mail Pilots Configuration
5,Configure the line group
6,Hunt List Configuration
I configurated the CUC reference the following steps:
1,Set up the NTP Server on Cisco Unified Operating System Administration.
2,Start up all the service on Cisco Unified Serviceability.
3,Define the phone systems.
4,Integrated the phone systems we defined before with CUCM using AXL.
5,Define the port group.
6,After the port group defined.then the port group has been integrated with the CUCM.we can check this in voice mail port action in CUCM.
7,Defined the authentication rules in CUC.
8,Defined the user template,changing password
9,Import users from CUCM.
After the CUC/CUCM Configuration.we can get the info from ipphone like the attachement file "Voice Mail Test".
I know If we want to receive the voice mail as a email that CUC send to our mail,we need to configurated the SMTP Server in CUC.
My problem is how to configurated the SMTP Server in CUC ? and also how to configurated the user email address which is used to received the voice mail that CUC send ?
