I use 2 Ip phone 7911 to call each other. But, I can't use softkey " answer" when be called. The phone display " that softkey is not active"
How can I active that softkey

Can you provide some more details? Is this an XML application using the IP Phone Services SDK APIs?
If this is just calling phone-to-phone, I would suggest obtaining the latest UCM and phone firmware updates from Cisco.com, and follow up by opening a support case with Cisco TAC if needed.
