I havn't been able to mess with SocialMiner in over a year, so I have actually forgotten the URL to login as an agent. Can someone help me out with this? Or point me to end user guides? Thanks!

Hi Richard -
The 9.0(1) user guide is available here:  http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/SocialMiner_Release_9.0%281%29
The SocialMiner URL is simply https://<machineNameOrIPAddress>
I hope that helps!

That is the Admin login. I believe their is a different URL to login as an "Agent" right?

Hi Richard -
No, the URL is the same for admin and agent login.  It's who you log in as that makes the difference (agents are in Active Directory, admin is not).  Please see the Active Directory section of the User Doc:  http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/SocialMiner_Release_9.0%281%29#Active_Directory

Ahh, OK then. That actually sounds familiar now. Also means apparently I have a different type issue, as it wont authenticate AD users. Narrowing the issue though, thanks for the input!
