In other IP vendors exist option, that after phone switched power on, it is going automatically to predefined URL and pass to it its IP, MAC or DN address.It is calling subscribtion.
Is exist something same at Cisco?

You can configure the 'Idle URL' which the phone will visit upon reaching idle state - either from booting up or after a call, etc. Can you elaborate on the behaviour of this 'startup URL?' Does it execute every time the phone boots up, or only once?

I think it is ok for my task, to use idle URL.
Regarding your question 'startup URL executes every time the phone boots up.
I going to use it just to assing Phone IP to Device name.
