Good Day.
I am using an Edge 95 Codec and integrating it with an AMX Netlinx controller (MXP6000)
I have looked through the available AMX and Crestron modules as wella s the API document but am battling to find the AMX RS-232 command for the following function.
When you press the dial button on the tandberg remote to make a call you can go two clicks to the right to press the OK button and access the dropdown which allows you to select "Video" or "Telephone" modes.
I want to access this via an AMX send_command.
When I go to my audioconferencing page on the touchpanel automatically the unit must be placed in telephone mode.
When I select Video Conference page on the touchpanel automatically then the unit must be placed in Video mode.
Your assistance and advice will be greatly appreciated
