CUCM 7.1.3 / CUPC 7.0.2 We noticed the UPC devices are visible through TAPI and we receive events about them, but we cannot do call manipulation with calls on those devices. When we send a 'Drop' TAPI sends a 'done' but the call is never dropped. Also, a makecall returns an operation failed (after 5 seconds). In the supported device matrix CUPC is shown with NA for both SIP and SCCP, but is that because it is not supported by TAPI or because the protocol is something else?
