Hello
we want to start a WebEx Meeting and we use API.

If we use the option

<telephonySupport>CALLIN</telephonySupport>


we have the error

The telephony type is not supported

My question is,how can I understand 

if the telephony support is
CALLIN,OTHER,CALLBACK or NONE?

Hi Oronzo,

The telephony options available are based on what your WebEx site supports.  Generally all sites can use NONE (which means no teleconference) or OTHER (allows you to specify your own Teleconference details but there is no integration with the meeting).  The CALLIN and CALLBACK capabilities must be available for your site before you can use it.  You can confirm with your WebEx Account Manager or check your Site Administration page which should show which features are enabled.  If these options are enabled for your site, these can also be enabled/disabled at the user level.  To use CALLIN or CALLBACK, you must make sure it's (1) available for your site and (2) enabled in the host account profile.
