TAC thought I might be able to find an answer for this here.
When using the touch panel interface and a call is connected it will display a silhouette that appears to be possible to populate with an image if you'd like.
I have not been able to find any documentation on how populate this, I have attempted to do it via TMS using system image and Movi Image URIs but it does not show up.
Could someone please point me in the correct direction.

It is not possible to populate images on the Cisco Touch.
