Trunk selection on CUCM 7.0

I would like to redirect calls to one or more SIP trunks outside of CUCM, by means of a CTI route point.
Using a translation pattern I was able to capture all calls (not covered by existing DN), redirecting to RP; however, since pattern transforms called party, in this way I also loose track of originally called number, so I can only redirect call to a new destination on the basis of calling number.
Also, I was able to configure a SIP trunk, but I still can't figure out how to select that particular trunk as a selected route.
Could you help me?
Thank you,

After creating SIP trunk, you need to create a Route Pattern to configure the SIP trunk in the Route pattern. A typicall configuration of Route pattern would be 9.XXXX. Depending on the dial plan the number of Xs would change. When a user dials 9 followed by DN, call will be routed to SIP trunk.
