Hello,

We installed the Cisco TSP (5.1) without error warnings (XP, 32 bit) but 'CiscoTSP001.tsp' is not shown at Phone/Modem Advance option. 'Adding' doesn't reveal anything either.

There is some corporate McAfee stuff on that PC, such as McAfee Host Instrusion Prevention (HIP) et al., but we are not sure if this causes the problem.

Googling hasn't helped so far. Thank you for your support.

It's a long-shot, but you could possibly be running into: CSCso97978 http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=CSCso97978

"TSP install silently fails, with symptom: TSP configuration button grayed out. This appears to be due to missing version info in DLL file meta-data for these SSL-related DLLs: ssleay32.dll,libeay32.dll"

The workaround is to either get the existing versions of the .dll's out of the way (rename, remove) and reinstall, or try and manually copy the Cisco TSP versions (which assumes it's already successfully installed somewhere.)
