Hi all,
We are planning to integrate our MS CRM Dynamics 4.0 with call manager 7.1. Phones are 7945g.
CRM part maybe show what i want more complicated, but i just want to open a pop-up window when an agent opens the phone, and to be able to make calls from computer via ip phone. So I want to get caller info, call opened event, and call closed event from TSP.
I am pretty new on the subject. I read the related TAPI documents for call manager, but not able to done anything yet.
Firstly I want to ask, is it possible to control call manager from .net? All the samples were written in c++, visual studio 6.0.
