Hello to all CTI OS developers:
I need to develop a custom desktop for UCCE ICM Outbounf Dialer in java.
1. Does any one have java sample that exhibits the funcationality of UCCE ICM Oubound Dialer? We are using ICM v8.0 and I am not able to find any sample for the Dialer. I only see a .Net version.
2. Also I see the eButtonEnablementMaskChange event arrives for updating the GUI. However I do not see it has masks for the Outbound Dialer buttons. Which event I should be getting?

Hi me too, in original developers docs there is no mention about outbound dialer functionality. Is there some different API for this ? Please, help !
