Hi All,

I am curiuos about the communication between UCCX and Socialminer.  Specifically as related to Web Chat and the security around that.  What level of security exists between these two products?  I saw in the SRND http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/crs/express_9_02/design/guide/UCCX_BK_C39FDB35_00_cisco-unified-contact-center-express_chapter_011.html#UCCX_TP_SF9F3022_00 that it indicates HTTPS is an option for signalling.  And that media (the actual chat messages) traverse via BOSH/XMPP.  Those actual chat messages- are they encrypted in any way? What about the chat sessions stored on the server itself?

Essentially, is this product combination usable for something like financial or healthcare industries or not?
