Use of CVP SIP REFER from a CCM6 originated call. Possible?

Hi,

Couple of questions:

Q1. Are CVP SIP REFERs supported in a CCM 6.1(2) environment?

Environment:

• CCM = 6.1(2)
• CVP = 7.0(1) with SIP proxy.
• ICM = 7.2(5)

Call Flow:

1. Call internally originated from IPCC CCM cluster IP phone.
2. Call directed to ICM via CCM, proxy server, and the CVP call server.
3. 'Sent to VRU' and call is landed at separate VXML gateway. Caller prompted to enter digits.
4. Caller presses "1".
5. ICM script then returns via dynamic label "rf50147500".
6. Call is disconnects immediately.

Log files show:

1. CVP constructs SIP REFER to source. In this case SIP REFER: Refer-To: <sip:50147500@auiag.corp;transport=udp>
2. Recipient IPCC CCM subscriber doesn't recognise the @auiag.corp:
   • From SDI log: "DIGIT Analysis: Host Address=auiag.corp DOES NOT MATCH and address for this"
    

Q2. If so, are there any recommended approaches for implementing SIP REFERS in either CVP or CCM configuration to handle SIP @domain.name?
