I'm trying to modify the Sample Application found on your site, to use the EpApi. I have managed to create a call and open the wave file, but when I send the wav file with EpStreamWrite function all I can hear is various static noises.

I used the EpStreamCodecOutSet function with the following parameters:
channels: 1
sampleRate: 8000
fmtAvgBPS: 8000
fmtBlockAlign: 1
bitDepth: 8

Do I need to set anything else?

Have the same problem here.
Did you solve this issue?

Any help would be appreciated

The problem as I found out is that although EpApi lets you change the codec, cisco only supports mu-law encoding. Your standard wav file is usually in PCM. So you need to convert the wav file before you send it through a stream. Check out NAudio, it does conversions and has also a sample application that resolves your problem.

No problem

The problem however is that noone seems to save my life on the other forum thread. I'm stuck with the same problem for a week now. No response from cisco either.
