Hi Team,

With the advent of new technologies, I would like to convert our swing based softphone to pure html5 softphone which can run in browser without any additional plugins or tools.

We had contacted Cisco, but as per our contract, we are not eligible to use Finesse as we are not using CUCC and they provided us CTIOS webservices kit.
But unfortunately the webservices kit does not have call back features and it will not fit our requirements.

Is there anyway, I can use CTIOS 8.5 All Agent monitor tool as a dedicated TCP Service and republish the call events to agent desktop? I mean I want to host a service similar to Finesse

I developed the first webbased sofptphone using java applets in 2006 and it was rock solid without any major issues.

CTIOS 8.5 All Agent monitor is a CTIOS Filter mode application.  CTIOS Filter mode applications may not perform agent state or call control, they may receive events only.   You would have to develop a multi-threaded multi-agent mode application which then commuicates with your html softphone..
