James, I saw you posted a doc on the integrations, but it only included an example for the CUPS chat integration.

I'm trying to integrate to WebEx Connect, but am having trouble finding any info on what to use for the BOSH Binding URL field. I've looked through the Connect admin portal & help guide and also skimmed through the WebEx developer guide searching for reference to BOSH and wasn't able to find much. Can you or someone from your team point me in the right direction? Does this require a support ticket with the WebEx team?

Thanks!

Ben

I had the same issue.  Opening a ticket with Webex was of no help, they told me to call TAC.

I called TAC and they didn't really know either.  I waited a week or two while they hit up their contacts in the Webex or WebEx Social BU and they came back to me with the following URL:

https://im1.ciscowebex.com/isj1

This URL is working for me.  You may notice that if you pop this URL into your web browser you get a response that makes it pretty obvious that this URL is used for XMPP/BOSH binding.

Folks,

While there is likely some service enablement that needs to happen on the WebEx Connect side, there are (currently) 3 WebEx Connect Clusters enabled for BOSH. As you might guess, their BOSH URLs are:
https://im1.ciscowebex.com/isj1
https://im2.ciscowebex.com/isj2
https://im3.ciscowebex.com/isj3

You can test which cluster your account is tied to by going to the following URL, minus the /isjX, like so:
https://im1.ciscowebex.com

That will redirect you to a URL like this:
https://im1.ciscowebex.com/webim/login.htm

Give your login a shot there. If it does not work, then try the other clusters to find the one you're on.

That said, the WebEx Relationship Manager should be giving you this info when they light up your Connect access. I will reach out to the WebEx Connect team to see if we have a gap on that side.

Cheers,
Chris

Hi Daniele,

Webex administrator refers to the admin for the Cisco WebEx meeting installation.

Regards,
Shameer.
