There is a WebEx client for android, blackberry, and Apple i-devices, if your smart TV uses Android, it might support the webex meeting client. I am not aware of any WebEx smart TV client but most HDMI capable televisions can be used as computer monitors. Whether the televisions camera and microphone can be used by the computer would be dependent on the televisions capabilities.
